Just when we thought things around Houston couldn't get any worse, they're getting worse. Hurricane Hunter Aircraft have just returned from another run through the "eye" of former Hurricane Harvey which has returned to the Gulf of Mexico. Wind speeds have risen from 45 MPH to 50 MPH and the center Barometric Pressure has dropped to 995mb. The storm is re-forming and getting stronger in the Gulf of Mexico.
From the National Hurricane Center (NHC): Storm Surge Warning is now in effect for portions of the LA coast from Holly Beach to Morgan City.
