MAJOR M6.9 EARTHQUAKE HAS JUST STRUCK HAWAII - "DEVASTATING DAMAGE" AS VOLCANO CONTINUES ERUPTING

A very MAJOR earthquake has just struck the big island of Hawaii.  The magnitude 6.9 quake struck at 6:32 PM eastern US time at an extremely shallow depth of 5km.   The quake was widely felt and severe . . . . catastrophic . . .  damage has taken place over almost ALL of the big island of Hawaii.

This is a MAJOR DISASTER and comes as the Kilauea Volcano continues a MAJOR eruption on that same island.   Large portions of Hawaii have been severely damaged by this earthquake.  Deaths, injuries and collapsed structures are expected.

ERUPTION ! ! ! HAWAII VOLCANO SENDS LAVA 100'S OF FEET IN THE AIR; RESIDENTS FLEE

Residents in Puna's Leilani Estates subdivision on the big island of Hawaii fled with little more than the clothes on their backs Thursday night after an eruption in Kilauea's east rift zone created a fissure in the community, spewing lava into the air as high as utility poles, covering roads and nearing several homes.  

The eruption took place hours after The Hal Turner Radio Show published Civil Defense Warnings saying people should leave.

Chemical Plant Explodes in Louisiana; Forces CLOSURE of I-10

Residents of Duson, LA are being evacuated from a huge five-mile-radius of a chemical plant which exploded into flames and is burning since about 6:45 PM EDT Thursday.

The flames and smoke are so intense that Louisiana State Police have had to close Interstate 10 in both directions near the plant.
