North Korea has apparently lost its mind. They have mounted an ICBM on a ship, presumably to be able to guarantee it hitting Hawaii or the mainland USA once the ship moves out to sea.
But it's not a smaller version of an ICBM that would remain stable on a ship . . . it's a full-sized ICBM, VERTICALLY MOUNTED on the front deck!
There is no way imaginable such a missile will remain upright and stable if the ship encounters even small waves or high winds at sea. It is likely to break its mounts and fall over, either blowing up the ship, or breaking in half as it falls overboard. These people are nuts!
