The Israeli Minister of Defense Avigdor Lieberman said on Sunday that its time for his nation’s army to strike the Hamas forces in Gaza with their “hardest blow”.
“We have turned every stone and we have passed the point of no return. We have reached the stage where we must strike the hardest blow imaginable on Hamas,” Lieberman said.
The Israeli Defense Minister did state, however, that his country will make an effort to avoid hostilities in Gaza.
“Before we go to war in Gaza, we must exhaust all other options, which we made every effort to do . . . we tried to exhaust every possibility,” he added.
Others have a very different "take" on the Defense Minister's comments.
Mordechi Levinstein, an Israeli citizen, said "They can't bomb Syria anymore because the S-300 is now there, so they have to attack and kill Arabs in Gaza to satisfy their maniacal blood lust."
He went on to say "The Khazar imposters who call themselves Zionists, seek blood, death, and destruction; they do harm whenever and wherever they can because their nature is evil. They won't stop until they cause Armageddon."
