The National Weather Service in New York City has UPGRADED its Winter Storm Warning to a BLIZZARD WARNING for New Jersey and the Metropolitan New York City Area.
For what it's worth, this warning explicitly applies to MY TOWN, just outside metro New York City. It appears we are going to get Walloped!
