Victor Gao, President of China Energy Security Institute issued a stunningly stark warning to the United States today. Video below in English.
Gao said, in part “If you want war, you will get war; if you want to destroy China, you will be destroyed. China will not fire the first shot, but China will not allow you to fire the second shot.”
He also made some incredible remarks about China's new DF-61 ICBM, claiming (probably erroneously) it contains SIXTY nuclear warheads plus ONE hydrogen bomb.
He said it can reach anywhere on planet earth in about twenty minutes!
