UPDATED 1:22 PM EDT -- COVERT INTEL - "Command Element" Ordered to Deploy to Middle East

The Commander of the 82nd Airborne Division, Major General Brandon Tegtmeier and his “command element,” members of his headquarters staff, have been ordered to deploy to the Middle East

It was reported yesterday by the New York Times that the Pentagon and White House were "weighing" whether to send the 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East for possible land operations.  Clearly they are no longer "weighing" and have decided to actually do it.

First you send the Command Staff, then you send the troops.   You don't send one without the other.  You don't send the Commanders unless you've already decided to send the troops.

There has been speculation that the US would use ground forces to possibly take Kharg Island or for other missions inside Iran. This DEPLOYMENT ORDER would be a first step needed to plan for such a contingency.

UPDATE 1:22 PM EDT --

The following Flights of C-17's have moved from bases housing GROUND TROOPS from the 82nd Airborne Division, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR), Rangers, Delta Force, 1st Special Forces Group (SFG), 5th Special Operations Group (SOG) and SEALs.

Hal Turner Analysis and Opinion

So this Iran conflict is not only NOT GOING AWAY, it is going to get very much worse.

People in the oil market are being fools thinking that things are going to cool off or even get better.  They're not.

The morons who keep lowering the price for oil are going to get the shock of their lives when reality kicks them in their butts.
