Pakistan has been attempting to act as a mediator between the Israel/US and Iran.
During the course of those efforts, it came out that Iran till has 15,000 missiles and at least 45,000 drones.
Iran believes they are winning because the pressure upon the entire world - which is rapidly running out of fuel and fertilizer thanks to closure of the Strait of Hormuz - is what they believe will cause the US to stop.
Global economic collapse is not only possible, it is likely if this conflict keeps the Strait closed much longer.
Supply chain breakage, manufacturing forced to shut down for lack of electric, parts, and packaging, will all lead to economic collapse. Three months of this and the global economy shuts down entirely.
Worse, even if the Strait reopens tomorrow, it will still be WEEKS before the middle east can ship fuel again.
Catastrophically, the shortage of fertilizer will be completely unrecoverable by April 15; just eight days from now.
If the farm fertilizer is not down on the crop fields by April 15, then whatever harvest comes first, will be the ONLY harvest for this growing season. There cannot be a second or third harvest because the fertilizer wasn't put down and the ground doesn't have the nutrients to yield additional crop harvests.
Famine will strike the planet within 6 months, and last through the next planting season, 1 year from now, because no fertilizer came in time to cover this year's first planting. Millions are likely to starve to death, worldwide.
What food is actually available will be so expensive, regular people will not be able to afford it. There will likely be food riots. Home break-ins to steal food. Supermarket robberies, and strong-arm robberies of customers coming out of supermarkets.
The damage from this situation is now completely unavoidable.
Without fertilizer, beyond April 15, there is no way to fix the food shortages that are headed our way.
