COVERT INTEL - Message Sent to Submerged Submarines

This Content is for Subscribers Only --

RDL - The Russian Navy has transmitted a strategic broadcast from Krasnodar using Very Low Frequency  (VLF) transmitter, on 18.1 kHz where the length of one radio wave is 16,563 meters  (10.291 MILES).  This is done SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY to reach submerged submarines.

They transmitted a ciphered message in FSK-Morse.

The Message: “RDL (x3) 46809 00084 (x3) K”

No one who does not possess the CURRENT Russian Navy Code Book, has any chance at all of deciphering what this message actually means.

The fact that Russia sent such a message TO SUBMERGED SUBMARINES is an indication that something extremely serious is taking place - or about to take place.

This is very, VERY, serious.
