"Digital Warfare" Takes Down Minneapolis Anti-ICE Network

On Sunday night, January 25, the the Social Media Platform "X" community witnessed an unprecedented takedown of anti-ICE agitators in Minneapolis through real-time digital warfare.

What started as an infiltration operation exploded into a full exposure of networks involving protesters, funders, and potentially high-level politicians.

Here’s the full breakdown of how it unfolded—strap in, this is wild.

It all kicked off with  X (formerly Twitter) user Cam Higb (@camhigby).  Hehad been undercover in multiple Signal chats used by anti-ICE groups for days (possibly longer).

These chats were hubs for coordinating protests, sharing resources, and organizing against ICE operations in Minnesota. Cam was posing as an insider (one alias was “Betty” via @bitchuneedsoap’s involvement), gaining trust and access to admin-level discussions.

As the evening progressed on Jan 25, Cam began downloading and leaking massive troves of data live on X.

This included:

Member lists from vetting groups, revealing hundreds of participants (he dropped one fresh list with every single member, promising several hundred more).

Chat logs showing panic among activists, like the infamous screenshot where users freak out: “SIGNAL IS NOT SECURE… Flan has been exposed. We’re all fucked. I need to leave this state.” And responses like “Should I leave too? Maybe best to get out of country… I have contacts in Cuba.” (Watermarked by Cam himself—iconic).

Resource documents directing donors to sites like “Stand with Minnesota,” which funneled money through “Tending the Soil” on http://Chuffed.org. This exposed potential foreign involvement, with the first donor being Jonny Soppotiuk, a Canadian community organizer in Chuffed’s leadership.

While Cam was pulling data,  another X user, @0hour1,  jumped in with Open Source Intel (OSINT) magic, tracing communications to physical locations, identifying key players, and hunting down protest bases.

Highlights from 0hour:

Exposed how protesters mistakenly destroyed civilian cars thinking they were ICE vehicles.

Called out Minneapolis police for abandoning officers and residents, leaving federal police to step in and protect property.

Linked figures like Keith Ellison’s associate David Gottfried (who locked his account) to the chats.

Urged President Trump to declare it an insurrection and take over Minneapolis, citing planned attacks on federal assets.

Then, a third X user, @DataRepublican, tied it all together with deep analysis on funding and networks:

Compiled a downloadable spreadsheet of 4,000+ donors with possible identities (link was shared: https://drive.proton.me/urls/6ZRM56093C#x7AQy4keb6Ow).

Highlighted how churches like New Creation Lutheran in Shakopee coordinated food for activists, potentially laundering donations as “living expenses.”

Connected dots to politicians, including suspicions around Hennepin County Commissioner Angela Conley (anti-ICE stance) and foreign coordinators offering shelter.

Emphasized psych tactics: Infiltrating and breaking trust is key to dismantling these groups, as Cam did single-handedly.

The fallout? The Signal chats were nuked — completely deleted as activists regrouped.

Protests turned violent:

Rioters nearly lynched a federal prison guard mistaken for ICE, blocked roads, and caused chaos. Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan (suspected as “Flan” in the Signal chats) deleted her Facebook account amid speculation she’s directly linked. If true, this ties straight to state government involvement in what looks like organized insurrection.

This wasn’t just leaks—it was a live operation disrupting a Minneapolis agitator network funded by shadowy organizations and possibly foreigners.

Digital warriors like @camhigby, @0hour1, and @DataRepublican, exposed it all for the world to see.

Follow them for updates; more drops incoming.

Stunning doesn’t cover it. This is how to fight back.
