This morning the U.S. moved a dozen F-15E Strike Eagles from the UK to the Middle East, and one of them instantly became the most tracked plane in the world on FlightRadar24.
That’s super rare for a jet like that to even show up on public trackers, so yeah… that feels intentional. A bit of a “we’re coming, and we want you to see it” kind of message.
The jets took off from RAF Lakenheath in the UK, backed by 4 KC-135 tankers out of Mildenhall.
Destination? Looks like Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, right in the zone if anything goes down with Iran.
UPDATE: 2:01 PM EST -- There are now 35 F-15Es on the ground in Jordan.
