UPDATED 1:04 PM EDT -- FLASH: Radiation Detected - Israel

After an Iran missile struck a discreet building in Israel, a large fire with thick smoke erupted.  Now, authorities are reportedly detecting "radioactive fallout."

Warnings are going out over TV and Radio telling local residents of a "Hazardous Materials Event" and instructing them to shelter indoors, with doors and windows closed and sealed.

More info as I get it.

UPDATE 12:33 PM EDT --

I have been told "These are standard Israeli Home Front Command safety guidelines (Hebrew + Arabic) for a "Hazardous Materials Incident."

They are being broadcast on local television inside Israel.

I am also told "Iranian missile shrapnel today hit a chemical plant in Neot Hovav industrial zone (near Beersheba)."   Here is video of the aftermath of that missile strike:

UPDATE 1:04 PM EDT --

An Israeli fire department official at the scene of the Iranian missile strike on the Ramat Hovav complex, Beersheba says you can see a secondary explosion in the background.

The complex is home to Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Israel's government arms company responsible for the development and production of missiles and active defense systems.

The complex hosts 19 chemical factories including pesticide, bromine, and pharmaceutical plants. Authorities have warned of a potential hazardous chemical leak, evacuating the surrounding area as a precaution.

One chemical CONFIRMED to be leaking is Ammonia.   People are being explicitly warned that it is at suffocating levels and will cause severe burns of the Respiratory tracts if inhaled.
