Iran has issued multiple severe warnings to the United States and Israel, following a year of direct military conflict and a recent domestic crisis.
These warnings include threats of preemptive strikes and promises of a "crushing" response to any further military action or interference in its internal affairs.
On January 6, Iran’s reestablished Supreme National Defense Council warned it may act before an attack if it detects "tangible signs" of a threat. It stated that Iran’s security and territorial integrity are an "uncrossable red line".

I think Iran realizes what is about to happen......
I am convinced that the U.S. government is gearing up for a confrontation with China, which implies that Iran needs to be neutralized prior to the onset of that conflict.
