Iran will not send a negotiating team to Islamabad while the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports continues.
No negotiations will take place, the IRGC-affiliated Tasnim News reports.
Iran has rejected a second round of negotiations due to the US's "excessive demands, unrealistic expectations, constant shifts in stance, repeated contradictions, and the ongoing naval blockade."
Meanwhile, the exchange of messages between the sides is ongoing.
Vance NOT Going
Trump has pulled VP Vance from the Pakistan talks over "security reasons." The US Secret Service said they could not make security arrangements with such short notice.
Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and Presidential son-in-law Jared Kushner will lead the delegation instead.
With those two spearheading the negotiations, it seems highly UNLIKELY to most observers that any deal will be made.
Another Sneak Attack?
Tehran claims it has received intelligence information indicating that the United States and Israel are preparing for another surprise attack on Iran. Netanyahu: "Developments regarding Iran could happen at any minute."
Kill the Negotiators????
