Latvia Tyrant Police: Anyone Doing Fireworks at 11:00 PM Tonight FINED 2900 EUROS for "Supporting Russia"

Latvia's Police announce that people who will do New Year fireworks at 11PM are going to be fined for up to EUR 2900.

This will be recognized as support of the aggressor state (Russia) under the current Latvian law. Latvia has a time difference of 1 hour with Moscow, meaning - when it's midnight in Moscow, the time in Latvia is 23:00 (11PM).

Therefore, to the tyrannical pricks that run Latvia, shooting off fireworks at 11:00 equals "support of an aggressor state."
