The Mexico Senate has voted this morning to allow 19 U.S. Navy SEALS from "Elite Team 2" to enter Mexico against the Drug Cartels.
They will "train" in Campeche from February 15 to April 16 in the "exercise": “Improving the Capability of Special Operations Forces”
