Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has reportedly been KILLED by US and Israeli air strikes. He was reportedly working in his office when he was killed. Iran's Strait of Hormuz is reportedly CLOSED, halting 20-25% of GLOBAL oil and petrochemical shipments PER DAY.
Two photos of the reportedly killed Khamenei have been circulating social media, while denials of his death are also circulating, but to a lesser extent. Even inside Iran, what little media is still left after the ongoing US military action, is saying Khamenei is dead.

The military attack by Israel and the United States, came during a lull in peace negotiations which were set to resume this coming Wednesday, in Vienna, Austria.
The attack is reported to have hit 900 targets inside Iran during the first 12 hours; and the attack is continuing as of 5:40 AM eastern US time this morning, Sunday, March 1, 2026.
PERSIAN GULF
Meanwhile, reports surfaced yesterday that the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps had CLOSED the Strait of Hormuz, which is the only entry/exit point for the Persian Gulf. Some 20-25% of the DAILY global oil and petrochemicals transit that waterway.
The only vessels apparently being allowed to transit are those sailing under either Russia or China flags.
Insurance Brokers have told the Financial Times of London that war risk insurers have submitted cancellation notices for policies covering ships moving through the Strait of Hormuz, a key oil chokepoint, with prices set to rise as much as 50% in the coming days.
Gasoline and Diesel fuel at gas stations and truck stops, is priced based on its REPLACEMENT COST. So prices at the pumps are expected to rise fifty percent (50%) TODAY.
It is presently unclear how much the prices will actually rise, or for how long the Strait of Hormuz will remain shut.
The United States Navy has practiced scenarios for exactly this type of forced closure of the Strait, and they have battle plans to attack and destroy any forces keeping the Strait closed.
But the Navy cannot deal with Insurance Carriers pulling ship coverage. Unless and until those Insurance companies agree to resume providing coverage to vessels; it is likely no vessels will even try to navigate the Strait, for fear of being attacked and sunk. As such, shortages of gasoline and diesel fuel are expected to arrive this coming week, worldwide.
Here in the United States, we had a "Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) until the lame-brained, illegitimate, President, Joe Biden, and his garbage Democrat Party, who came to power by STEALING the 2020 Election with Ballot Fraud, started selling-off the SPR to try to bring fuel prices down prior to the 2024 Election.
They drained the SPR so fast that large sections of the underground caverns used to store the 700 Million barrels of oil, collapsed.
Those caverns have to be repaired or substituted-out before the SPR can be refilled. So any global shortage of gasoline and Diesel, will be felt here in the United States, very quickly.
When you have to sit on long gas lines over the coming weeks and months, and then have to fork-over double, triple, or even far more in prices for what fuel you're able to get, be sure to thank the Democrat Party who were so craven for political power, they sold-off our Strategic Petroleum Reserve to try to influence the election.
