Supreme Court Rules "Certain" Tariffs ILLEGAL

The US Supreme Court has ruled that Tariffs imposed by President Trump in accordance with the International Economic Emergency Powers Act (IEEPA) are ILLEGAL.

Delivering a major blow to President Donald Trump, the Supreme Court on Friday ruled that he exceeded his authority when imposing sweeping tariffs using a law reserved for a national emergency.

The justices, divided 6-3, held that Trump's aggressive approach to tariffs on products entering the United States from across the world was not permitted under a 1977 law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).

The ruling was authored by Chief Justice John Roberts, who was joined by three liberal justices and two fellow conservatives, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett, in the majority.

Hal Turner Remark: Maybe it's time to release the unredacted Epstein Files on the "John Roberts" who was reportedly listed as a passenger in what is purported to be the flight logs to Epstein Island?    Below is the specific page I am referring to:

Is the "John Roberts" appearing on the log above, the same John Roberts who is Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court?   I am not certain if this name is the same "John Roberts" but it will be interesting to find out.
