The USS Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt sailed into the Red Sea early today, making it the only US Aircraft Carrier - and strike group - in the Middle East.
Yesterday, the USS George HW Bush left Norfolk, VA heading out into the Atlantic. There is no word on where it is deploying, but common sense would seem to indicate Europe/The Mediterranean Sea.
Hal Turner Analysis
The Red Sea means the carrier and its strike group are within range of Houthis in Yemen, and the regime in Iran.
Two Arleigh Burke class Destroyers are in the Persian Gulf, completely vulnerable to Iran.
One additional Arleigh Burke class Destroyer is in the Red Sea.
It seems to me, and this is only my personal opinion, if things go hot with Iran, we are going to lose ships and men. Prepare yourselves emotionally for that possibility.
Almighty God, please protect our Naval Vessels and the brave men on them.
