U.S. Nuclear Security Agency Plane Takes-Off for 9+ Hour Flight, Undisclosed Destination -- Ukraine?

A Boeing 737 aircraft with Designation "ENRGY70" from the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), has taken off from El Paso, TX for what is to be a 9+ hour flight to "Undisclosed." This agency deals with nuclear weapons. Why is it heading outside the US to an undisclosed location?

The mission statement from the NNSA gives us all insight:

Established by Congress in 2000, NNSA is a semi-autonomous agency within the U.S. Department of Energy responsible for enhancing national security through the military application of nuclear science. NNSA maintains and enhances the safety, security, and effectiveness of the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile; works to reduce the global danger from weapons of mass destruction; provides the U.S. Navy with safe and militarily effective nuclear propulsion; and responds to nuclear and radiological emergencies in the United States and abroad.

The highlighted text (emphasis mine) is what caught my attention. Is there a nuclear or radiological emergency in the US or abroad RIGHT NOW? No.

So why is the plane heading out? Perhaps because someone knows THERE IS GOING TO BE a nuclear or radiological emergency? Maybe they KNOW IT because they're PLANNING IT?

Ukraine comes to mind.

The US and NATO have done literally everything they can toi try to get Russia to attack NATO, and thereby bring NATO into the Russia-Ukraine war. Russia has not taken the bait.

So NATO is completely frustrated they don't have any legal or even rational excuse to enter the conflict; nothing they could "sell" to the public as a reason to go to war.

Well, the US Government has never been unwilling to CREATE a reason, OR LET SOMETHING HAPPEN ON PURPOSE, to go to war.

PEARL HARBOR

During the administration of Franklin D. Roosevelt, they KNEW Japan was coming to attack Pearl Harbor. FDR wanted the US involved in WW2 but the American people wanted none of it. So when FDR found out that Japan was coming to attack, he let the attack happen on purpose. He deliberately did not notify the military of what he knew, but merely told them, "Be on alert for a possible attack."

When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, over two thousand American servicemen died, and THAT got us into the war, just as FDR wanted.

GULF OF TONIKIN

Fast forward to the Gulf of Tonkin in Vietnam.

The Gulf of Tonkin incident was an international confrontation that led to the United States engaging more directly in the Vietnam War. It consisted of a confrontation on August 2, 1964, when United States forces were carrying out covert operations close to North Vietnamese territorial waters and North Vietnamese forces responded. The United States government falsely claimed that a second incident occurred on August 4, 1964, between North Vietnamese and United States ships in the waters of the Gulf of Tonkin.

Originally, US military claims blamed North Vietnam for the confrontation and the ostensible, but in fact imaginary, incident on August 4. Later investigation revealed that the second attack never happened; the American claim is that it was based mostly on erroneously interpreted communications intercepts.

False or not, this lead to the US entering Vietnam militarily, and war between North and South Vietnam.

Fast forward again to the Gulf War with Iraq.
