Spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters: A U.S. aerial refueling aircraft was hit by anti-aircraft defense systems in western Iraq and crashed, killing all members of its crew.
Social media accounts inside Iraq are claiming the plane was struck by a P358 surface-to-air missile fired by the "Iraqi resistance."
