After SCOTUS Betrayal of America, Texas GOP Calls for Secession

After the wretched betrayal of the people of the United States, by spineless and corrupted Supreme Court Justices, the Republican Party of Texas has issued a statement suggesting Secession; a break-up of the United States.

The following is an excerpt from the intro of a 20-page piece I wrote in late April of 2020:

Note to readers:

No one understands my writings... but that has been MY fault, to this point.
I usually hand them out before I am done. I also tend to work backward.
I like to sneak up on my prey. Are you prey?
Or are you part of the hunting party...

My goal with this piece: to thoroughly make the case for a court of law, and convince the reader that it is *well beyond* time to LITERALLY "alter or abolish" and "throw off" our current form of government, "... to provide new Guards for [our]
future security."
Just as WE were instructed to do by our Founding Fathers when they gave U.S.All the Declaration of Independence.
Further, I hope to convince anyone that it is also beyond time to *completely dismantle* our current foundation... The U.S. Constitution.
I'm not suggesting it get "scrapped" completely. However, it needs carefully dismantled... and edited back down to simplicity. Written with words that actually mean, in the real world, what they are intended to mean, on paper... and by which definition.
Words have meanings, folks.
Quit making up new ones... WE have enough!
I digress.

My final point, in all of it? The time to do it is... RIGHT NOW! The entire planet is shut down and at a veritable stand-still. What I surmise to be... the calm before the storm, unless something else can accomplish what I [further] suggest, as a path to get it done: via 50 united states Governors & Legislatures... and kick in Puerto Rico [and any other U.S. territories that want in the discussions].

Done peacefully, and relatively painlessly...
in comparison to what it could be...
the longer WE wait.

There is no *better time* than the present, in my opinion.

No. The Constitution must not be changed with exception of revoking of 17th amendment.
+5 # who are U/UN?acturner067 2020-12-12 15:46
The Constitution is just fine as it is.It is the foolish ones at the top of the food chain that hate it and want to change it for their on purpose.

Sounds a little like the “great reset”...no thank you.

The problem is not with the constitution but that those who should be enforcing it and assuring that our rights are not infringed upon are avoiding their job. Most likely due to fear and intimidation. Keep the constitution as is but remove those who are using public office to commit crimes against the people.

I swore an oath to defend this country and the constitution. I'm getting old but it's what I will do. I didn't swear an oath to watch it be raped and do nothing.

"The U.S. Constitution ... needs carefully dismantled... and edited back down to simplicity"

Do you mean the US Constitution, as it is written, is not simple enough for you? What parts do you not understand?
# Simplicity = The cornerstonesMichael Bruno 2020-12-12 12:41
Life
Liberty
The pursuit of Happiness...

... and THE cornerstone of *IT* all:
All men are created equal... to be set properly, to begin with... THIS TIME! All "men" the last time around meant European, white, protestant men. Women and blacks were just property and slaves. And, any number of amendments clearly never TRULY set it "right."

Set properly, in 2021... as much as it can be...
*All Humans are created equal*

Must we add...?: "... regardless of ones' gender, skin color, sexual preferences, religious or spiritual beliefs, and/or ones' politically ideological leanings."
OR... can we all just agree to lump everyone in as a *human*

It's up to the individual to live this life as a Human Being.

I think you stumbled into the wrong forum. The liberal meetings are down the hall to the left, next to the CCP room...
+1 # Now YOU are a slaveDaactorT@gmail.com 2020-12-13 10:48
Through the use of "DOMINION" software, anyone voting - but NOT for the Communists' selection (Biden) - has BEEN ALREADY reduced to "property" - to CHATTEL - because YOU (your vote) have been REDUCED to a FRACTION of a person through the "weighting" of your representation in the software program! Congrats, you are now 5/8 of a person! THAT should be everyone's "talking point"!

+4 # why did we come here?acturner067 2020-12-12 10:18
Our fore fathers came to this land to enjoy freedom of religion. Little did they know their oppressors were already here setting up shop. Those same oppressors are here today in great forces and will do as their master wants of them. What is happening (Supreme Court)is no accident just look who is on our court system today everyone of them belongs to one or more secret societies and NO protestant. The head of the serpent has many children that worship many gods. Many protestant churches today follow this same beast system and do not know it or wish not to acknowledge it.
-1 # GodsMichael Bruno 2020-12-12 11:53
Anyone following, believing, and "worshipping" ANY god or gods is on the wrong path, imo.

However, one simply needs to be *aware* that *IT* is, in fact, all around us.

Whatever *IT* may BE.

opinions are like assholes.
and you want to scrap the our Government completely ? WTF . are you having a bad day communicating ?

Good! Lets see something worth happening. All of the sems and rinos are all in on agenda21..that's why nothing can be done or go through court. If trump and his men are real men like so many say..then obviously they are already thinking and saying everything that is talked about here as well. Will he finally declare insur. Act? If he doesnt make any bold moves and lets this whole thing slip out of his hands...I'd have to say we were all fooled...and he was the snake in his snake poem. I pray that he will do what's right and go all out..If nothing gets done now, we will never be heard again..and their liberal purge is coming as planned.
+2 # Ugh4given 2020-12-12 15:44
Agreed. I watch all of the things Trump has done through neutral eyes. I would never throw myself fully at the feet of any person, as they are ALL fallible and corruptible. Trump has done a lot of good for our country, but some things that he is putting in place could be seen as dangerous to patriots at some point in the future. I am leery of the covid vaccine. I am leery of the expansion of 5g. I am leery of the “bio-metric” border wall. I am leery of Elon Musk’s partnership with the government and the launching of his network of “eyes in the sky”. All of these “Trump successes” could easily be used against citizenry. I love a good game of chess...but feel like I am constantly stuck analyzing one. I really, REALLY hope Trump is doing patriotic things behind the scenes.

Texas v. White prohibits this. You mentioned this on your site when California suggested it, Hal.
+1 # Texas V. Whiteterry9297 2020-12-13 23:28
Although Texas v. White prohibits secession from the Union, I think the Union separated itself from the Constitution (Not sure how that would be viewed) when it allowed PA (at least Pennsylvania--I'm from PA and not as versed in the other state's constitutions) PA executive orders to countermand PA's duly elected legislature's election laws. When an EXECUTIVE BRANCH can countermand the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH without the JUDICIAL BRANCH uttering a word, the UNION is already defunct. This is the basis of our constitution and the Union.

Then let the SC come down here and enforce it.
# Indian removal actMan of the Atom 2020-12-13 03:44
That reminds me of Andrew Jackson's response to the Supreme Court when they gave their opinion on some issue related to the Indian Removal Act, which the court at that time said had "no standing" - sound familiar? "Chief Justice Marshall has given his opinion, now let him enforce it."
# RE: Indian removal actRealityCheck101 2020-12-14 23:13
The operative word is "opinion." That's all they do is give their opinions.
+2 # 2nd Constitutional ConventionMan of the Atom 2020-12-12 10:28
It may open up a can of worms but if 2/3 of the Congress or 2/3 of the States call for it, we will have a 2nd Constitutional Convention. Only 13 States would be needed to block proposals (such as gun confiscation) in such a convention. This is one possibility if "the natives [voters] get restless".
+4 # RE: 2nd Constitutional Conventionmrfixit 2020-12-12 11:55
Agreed...Beware fellow patriots, this is where the dems want to drive this fight to. A constitutional convention appears great at first glance, but it's a trap. We are thinking reform...but so is the left. The left will throw in all kinds of tranny and gay ' rights'... Scary!
+2 # Not secessionKXH 2020-12-12 09:43
Maybe a better way would be to remove the government of these states, break them up and decide them to their neighboring states .
# RE: Not secessionRealityCheck101 2020-12-14 23:17
Or just fix the dam election process and equipment so they don't steal control of the states.

DNI REPORT is ready now, PD-EO 2018 can be acted on right now, see them waiting on elector's vote, although it could go to POTUS MMV see it to Biden so it is at this point POTUS acts if not it will be seen as surrender of constitution but doubt that, milSAT all see illegitimate elect POTUS an hidden hands behind biden know this will know for sure by 1st week of Jan 2021 nevertheless been in civil war for some time.

+5 # The $64,000 questionMan of the Atom 2020-12-12 05:40
One Japanese Zen student told that Dutch guy I once mentioned "water suddenly boils, but the kettle must have been on the fire for some time". The firing on Fort Sumter on April 12, 1861 occurred after the 1860 election of Lincoln but it was preceded by at least 20 years of political controversy about slavery during which the Missouri Compromise and the Kansas Nebraska Act were passed. The 1857 Dred Scott decision and the 1973 Roe versus Wade decision were bad SC decisions as is this recent SC decision. Did this just set the stage? If the Dims take the White House (God forbid), begin to stack the Court with socialists, and start to ban guns overriding Republican efforts to stop them, will our pot suddenly boil?
+1 # Something you can doMan of the Atom 2020-12-12 04:36
Allen West (AFAM military veteran - he's been there (Iraq) and done that (protect his comrades in arms), and former Florida congressman) is a great American.

One thing many of you can do - if you happen to own a firearm for hunting, target shooting, or self defense - is to join GOA. (BTW, don't self-report gun ownership on this site for obvious reasons.) What I wrote in another post is coming true. Over 1100 municipalities in 34 states have already passed 2nd Amendment sanctuary ordinances. This is great news.

The membership dues for one year in GOA are only $25.
