HOW to Assert your Right To Refuse Vax if Job Demands it

Many companies are taking it upon themselves to demand employees be vaccinated with the experimental and highly dangerous COVID-19 vaccine. People are being fired for refusing to get this dangerous genetic therapy. Here is the letter you can use to assert YOUR rights under federal employment law, to refuse the vaccine.

Barring a total economic collapse, there should be plenty of job opportunities.
My daughter, one of possibly only three other allowed "unvaxed" students,
is being required to quarantine for 2 weeks,
due to someone, presumably "vaxed" "testing positive", while there is no restriction on "vaxed" students.
She only has one more semester to complete degree, at least for her personal satisfaction.
But we all know there will be regular occurrences of "vaxed" students testing positive, which may mean she is perpetually "forced" to stay in room
and not able to complete her studies.
To me this is tentamount to religious discrimation by way of "vax" status.
Of course, regardless of arguments, there will be claim she cannot be let "loose"
on campus for fear of spreading delta variant to "vaxed" students (bullshit).
There has not been any offer yet by university to allow her to finish studies remotely,
which I think is their responsibility, since the university is putting her is
a physical disability situation.

peggy explains in a very easy to understand way. We can not take back our Republic if we do not know our rights and responsibilities.
and watch all her videos and read her articles. Everyone needs to educate themselves so they actually understand the law, the real law, the supreme law of the land. The devil's law or legalese is not supreme and is false and inferior to our God given rights guaranteed by the state and national constitutions.
We also need to understand the fda, biden, judges, legislatures, colleges, etc are subject to the supreme law, not superior to it, nor to us, the people. Our bodies are our most sacred property, and any violation of our bodies is rape. This includes tests, medical devices such as masks, and of course the poison jab.
Informed consent for all medical procedures and devices is a must, it is not optional, no matter what some treasonous public servant tells you.
Call their bluff, and do not comply.
Also heard from a friend that someone raised a religious objection, but the employer argued Bible verses with the applicant, and rejected the application. LESSON: DON'T GIVE THEM A FOOTHOLD BY IDENTIFYING YOUR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
Your comments are a big boost here. Keep them coming. They provoke thought.

This exposes Hal's next recommendation: you send the letter; they may fire you anyway. Then you go to court. And give them no foothold. Something like arguing Bible verses allows them to draw you into their kind of fight.
In our family, we have a saying - "Never give people the information to make your decisions for you". Everyone, from relatives to employers, want this information, naturally. It gives them a foothold. And, our natural tendency is to "explain ourselves" - DON'T DO IT.

The HR department was baffled on how to respond. Multiple people in the organization including their lawyer have been trying to figure out what to do. They keep coming back over and over demanding I identify my religion and specific religious beliefs. Today I informed them I am going to refer the case to an attorney if they keep trying to coerce me into taking the shot.

Wow
Hold strong to the religious exemptions. Not sure how this will affect Federal Labor and employment laws.

They are preparing people to accept that kind of crap coming out in the open.
You know, to the point where some liberal idiots will start saying, "Oh, it's just another religion; if you're against it you're a bigot".

Thank you…
Possibly have a lawyer draft a cover letter along the same lines, stating your objections to subjecting your child to something that is demonstrably deadly. The ultimate civil right is life, and this issue can be taken to Federal Civil Rights court. Once again, the defense will claim the so-called pandemic emergency justifies the draconian measures, but when the court is confronted with serious doubt-casting testimonies from experts from the very field under contention, only a corrupt court could fly in the face of this and claim you have no basis for concern. And no, all courts are not yet corrupt.
This would probably not fly with private colleges, but State university cases become a State institution demanding you not be allowed to participate in a publicly-funded institution due to their ( now unsupported ) claims of "safety". It becomes a State appearing to be willing to threaten your life in exchange for compliance with their opinion, which your attorneys have cast great doubt upon, if they did their job well. That should be really bad optics to a court.
Academic administrators are probably one of the biggest coward groups of all, if they lose their aura of intellectual superiority. Like corporate executives, they realize their hyperinflated pay could never be raked in without some credential or other artificial limit to entry to their lofty position. They accomplish very little productive their whole life, and they know it subconsciously. So they will fold fast if they think anything will jeopardize their huge unearned income, like a major policy loss would do.
Just a suggestion, to be further refined if found to have any merit.
I feel like the medical field has been hijacked by a criminal cartel, and is no longer trustworthy. I used to take pride in my job, I do to a certain extent now, but can you blame me? I need a different career. This sucks.
I agree with making them realize this is the path of greatest resistance, and greatest cost. Make them pay via civil suits. Find brave law firms that will not shrink back from "opposing Covid policies", as I'm afraid many will. Hal is right - there are big bucks in this; rightfully so. I would think it would be very hard for the defense attorneys to scream "but, but - Emergency !', when there are no emergency provisions in Employment law. You're either discriminating, or you're not. Go get 'em, and if you know anyone who is victimized like this, tell them to get this letter going. Start a tsunami of these suits.
My experiences with management were similar.
As the saying goes: "It's warm inside the herd."
