You are right Hal....I went and read the law. He doesn't have to sign anything. To invoke the act he must PROCLAIM. He did that on January 6th, when he told the rioters to go home and be a peace. HE USED THE EXACT WORDS THE LAW MAINTAINS HE MUST USE. So, we have been under the Insurrection act since the 6th of January.

Hal, I understand from your many comments that you get the majority of your "insider" information from agencies such as the FBI and DoJ. Apparently, they have been taken out of the loop along with the CIA and some other agencies. Consequently, I don't think you are getting accurate or timely information.

For the past several weeks, many of my regular news sources have experienced the same problem. Especially the ones that have inside sources similar to yours. Without a doubt, the ONE source that has had impeccable information that is timely as well as accurate has been Simon Parkes.

Nobody else comes close in all of 2020 and thus far in 2021 - IMHO. You might add his site to your news scan, as the context of his remarks also provide a measure of credibility that hasn't been matched by anyone else.

Normally, I like to sweep through about a dozen news sources for early warning, such as Dave Hodges mentioned below and Jim Stone, Charlie Ward, Steven Ben-Nun (etc).

Then I move on to the more conventional sites such as Citizen Free Press and Mike Adams Daily Situation Report. Then I go into the back stories and news analysis sites to validate my knowledge base.

At the moment, you seem to be running about 24 hours behind on your news, and only about 50% accurate on the context and details. Perhaps you can cast a wider net than your normal JTF & FBI (et al) resources? Especially between now and the Inauguration, whenever that will be.

The Kraken and Alice Quantum Supercomputers are calling the shots, and thus far have been running an extraordinarily brilliant plan. Way beyond anything I've ever seen a human do, and I was a commander on the Battlefield in Iraq 30 years ago. Finally, note the comments by Simon (in advance) that the MSM would NOT be reporting this news - at all. Not any component of it. So your assumption that the Insurrection Act was not invoked (for lack of MSM coverage) might need to be reexamined. Likewise, this really isn't a battle between Dems and the GOP. Rather, it is the uprooting of the "Deep State" also known as the Global Pedo Network. That context helps greatly in understanding the flood of news.

Hal, The Insurrection Act requires a formal proclamation in order to be invoked. That proclamation needs to be signed by the President.

Another requirement is for the President to instruct the crowds to disperse, which Trump did while the Capital was being invaded by antifa/blm.

Much of the MSM did not carry that instruction by the President. Now that the President has been effectively locked out of all the media it is unlikely that you will hear anything about the Insurrection Act having been brought into force by The President.

Many of the companies that have signed up to the EMS/Great Voice are now unlikely to carry any messages from President Trump. Worse, Apple is pushing to do an immediate update across all its platforms to BLOCK the EMS.

Remember, allowing Trump to have direct access to we the people will simply destroy the current narrative that Nancy is now running the show.
