The Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a New York law that regulated who is allowed to carry a concealed weapon in public, expanding gun rights nationwide.

No. The ruling addresses both open carry (most of the effort) and long guns.

Writing for the Court in Dred Scott v. Sandford, 19. How. 393 (1857), Chief Justice Taney offered what he though was a parade of horribles that would result from recognizing that free blacks were citizens of the United States. If blacks were citizens, Taney fretted, they would be entitled to the privileges and immunities of citizens, including the right "to keep and carry arms wherever they went" Id., at 417 (emphasis added). The law, to a leftist, is a weapon intended to prevent your enemies from interfering with your agenda.
If, for some reason, the law goes against your agenda, then you either have to change the law or find ways around the law... or ignore the law (without consequence).
The agenda going forward is the main thing for a leftist.
True concern for the citizens and ensuring equal justice for everyone does not enter into the equation for a leftist.
We have seen this very clearly with ANTIFA and the "mostly peaceful protests".
There is definitely a double standard and obtaining real justice is becoming increasingly rare.
What is important is what the Constitution says about Law and the purpose of government:
It says the the ONLY purpose of government is to secure our rights! End of story. And if it fails to do so that we have a duty to change or abolish it!
Bastiat's Book "the law" is all about the law being used as an instrument to do evil. Americans would do well to read this short piece.
Unless there are real consequences (like PRISON) for those that violate our rights, they shall continue to violate peoples rights.
Regardless the Supreme Court is out of bounds.
It is up to the people of NY to reign in their tyrannical criminal government.
Do you now see why the founders said that it was "necessary" to have a militia if we wished to remain free?
Without a militia how do the people reign in their government if peaceful methods fail?
The Militia is real consequences.
When the States delegated some very limited authority to the Federal Government with the US Constitution, they did not give ANY authority away concerning the right of self defense!
The second amendment is, a prohibition on the Federal government from passing laws that infringe on our right to self defense. Nothing more. (and they don't even follow that)
The Constitution did not make the SCOTUS a God over the States. The supreme courts ruling is as illegitimate over the sovereign country of NY as it would be if the SCOTUS ruled that France's gun laws were null and void!
The 12 year dumbing down camps have created a nation of morons, that do not understand our system of government at all.

How can a court "expand a right" when God gave us ALL rights?
In reality all a court can really do is to restrict a God given right.

The courts rule and they do what they want anyway.
What is the recourse?
There is no recourse in government process at that point. This goes as far back as the arrogant Andrew Jackson:"The Court made their ruling, now let them enforce it !".
The only recourse we have is to ultimately stand up as a people to the lawless ones who are trying very hard to make us subservient to their usurped and pretended "authority". All this while they are embracing and perpetrating more and more evil and abomination on us and the other people of the world.
So the Court can make a ruling. That does give us the moral high ground in seeing to it that it is enforced, whether the Legislative or Executive branches enforce it or not. The question has been, will the American people, comfortable as they are, ever risk it all to do what's right ? It sure doesn't seem like it presently, but it may actually happen soon, as Biden and his leftists are waaaaay overplaying their hand. This rapidity of descent is getting a lot more people aware and agitated than the subtle boil-the-frog policies of Clinton, Bush II, and Obama.
The only recourse is through the people enforcing the Constitution. 'Twas ever thus.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there will ever be enough people awake, with courage to thwart this destruction.
Plandemic #1, the testing ground, proved the willingness to stand up is naught.
Now, babies are being jabbed - a gene altering death injection.
There is an invasion across our border.
There is 2 tiered justice, with political prisoners incarcerated for a year and a half already.
And our elections are rigged.

Honestly, I think the only remedy is God’s intervention. And, I don’t see that happening until people are on their knees in the streets in desperation crying out to Him when there is nothing else. Many times, God did not intervene until the people came to such a point.
“And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else”
I get so angry and sad seeing all this happen to our nation, and the world. Then, I remember this and turn it over to God.
Until more awaken and cry out to Him, I will continue to shout the truth boldly and unashamedly!
