The State-Ordered Shut Down of "Non-Essential" Businesses Violates the Ninth Amendment and the "Commerce clause" of the US Constitution

We here in the United States, like so many other nations, are in the midst of a dangerous and deadly disease outbreak.  We are suffering the extraordinarily contagious coronavirus, which spreads far worse than a typical Flu, and seems to be killing-off people at a rate terrifyingly higher than Flu.  In response, our public servants in government are issuing "orders" closing businesses and restricting personal movement, in an effort to slow the spread of this disease.  But those "orders" are, in my view, Unconstitutional, and thus null and void.  Here's why . . .
