The United States Senate Intelligence Committee says there is "no direct evidence" of any "collusion" between President Donald Trump, his campaign or Russia to change the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election.
After two years and 200 interviews, the Senate Intelligence Committee is approaching the end of its investigation into the 2016 election, having uncovered no direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, according to both Democrats and Republicans on the committee.
But investigators disagree along party lines when it comes to the implications of a pattern of contacts they have documented between Trump associates and Russians.
"If we write a report based upon the facts that we have, then we don't have anything that would suggest there was collusion by the Trump campaign and Russia," said Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., the chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, in an interview with CBS News last week.
Burr was careful to note that more facts may yet be uncovered, but he also made clear that the investigation was nearing an end.
"We know we're getting to the bottom of the barrel because there're not new questions that we're searching for answers to," Burr said.
Democratic Senate investigators did not dispute Burr's characterizations, but said they lacked context.
"We were never going to find a contract signed in blood saying, 'Hey Vlad, we're going to collude,'" one Democratic aide said.
Special Counsel May **NOT** Issue any report!
The veteran criminal defense attorney who headed President Donald Trump's legal team during a crucial stretch of the special counsel investigation believes the entire affair will end in silence from special counsel Robert Mueller, and called the massive two-year probe into Russian interference in the 2016 campaign “a terrible waste of time.”
“I don't think there'll be a report,” said John Dowd. “I will be shocked if anything regarding the president is made public, other than ‘We're done.’”
(Hal Turner Remark: Of course not. Democrats, Liberals, and Socialist seem to be INCAPABLE of ever admitting they were wrong.)
Dowd, 77, left his role as Trump’s lead attorney last March over differing views about how cooperative to be with prosecutors. But after spending nearly a year guiding the president’s legal strategy, he forged a close relationship with Trump and continues to speak with him about the Russia probe.
In one of his most in-depth interviews since departing Trump’s legal team, he offered a view of the probe very much in line with that of the president -– namely, that it lacks merit.
Hal Turner Commentary
So this seems to be the end. The end of a HOAX, intentionally perpetrated by Hillary Rodham Clinton, her losing campaign for President, the Democrat National Committee, Democrat/Liberal politicians in her Party, and their apparachicks in the CIA (John Brennan), the FBI (James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and others) and even the federal courts (FISA Judges who were lied to in Affidavits under oath and who did NOTHING about those lies).
A HOAX, designed to destabilize and perhaps impeach a lawfully elected President of the United States, aided and abetted by filthy religious imposters, who own, run, or otherwise infest most of the mass-media.
This HOAX was more than just dirty politics; In my view as a laymen (and I admit I am unqualified to render a legal opinion) this was a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to defraud the people of the United States of their lawfully elected President.
This seems to me to have been an attempted "soft Coup D'Etat." A devious and treacherous effort to depose a lawfully elected President, by utterly corrupt government officials, through the intentional misuse of government power, government money, and fraudulent court filings.
What price should the various participants in this sordid affair be made to pay?
I know what I think on that subject.
In ancient Rome, when a plot against the Emperor failed, the Plotters were always given an opportunity to "Let their families keep their fortunes." The Plotters were allowed to KILL THEMSELVES.
I think that would be a just ending to this disgusting affair.
I urge the participants in this "Russia Collusion" hoax - the actual perpetrators, the media people and Hollywood celebrities who aided and abetted it, the elected officials and government employees who (stupidly or treacherously) espoused it, to KILL THEMSELVES.
