Word from Oklahoma: Firewood Running Out

As word spreads of possible Propane Armageddon, with the nation possibly facing ZERO supply by mid-winter, homeowners are stocking up of firewood. In Oklahoma, one man reports he called TWENTY places that normally sell it; only 3 had any left.

Sparrow Hospital Lansing Michigan
ERs are now swamped with seriously ill patients — but many don't even have COVID
"...Inside the emergency department at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Mich., staff members are struggling to care for patients who are showing up much sicker than they've ever seen."
Tiffani Dusang, the emergency room's nursing director, practically vibrates with pent-up anxiety, looking at all the patients lying on a long line of stretchers pushed up against the beige walls of the hospital's hallways. "It's hard to watch," she says in her warm Texan twang.

More from the article:
Seventy to 100 ambulances pull in each day.
"It's a lot," Dusang says... "It's the highest
I've ever seen in my career."
Even patients who arrive by ambulance are
not guaranteed a room: One nurse is running
triage here, screening for those who absolutely
need a bed and those who can be put in the waiting area.
"It's an early indicator that what's happening in
the ED is that we're seeing more acute cases than
we were pre-pandemic," says Caleb Cox, a data
scientist at Epic.
"...there has been an increase in people coming
to the ER with more serious conditions,
like strokes and heart attacks."
It's a slide show - go to slide 69 and show that to any of your friends or relatives who are thinking about vaxterminating their under age 18 dependent. Is that what they want to experience?
Problem solved.
That is why when you live in the rural areas, you are always at various stages with multiple trees. Side benefit, keeps you in pretty good shape.
Something of consideration

this week went to 2.35/gal
and next week I was told it will be 2.45/gal.
I had no idea.
Not that I thought I was super prepared, I now know I’m not.
Thanks for sharing. I guess…
I tried to burn refuse in a bin stove, but a neighbour used his mobile phone camera and threatened to report me. So, now I have to drive miles to a "recycling centre". They do not recycle, it goes to landfill. I could heat my home by coppicing woods - but that is illegal. These environmentalists are just that - mental.
If we are lucky and ultimately victorious (and these weirdos survive), a whole bunch of them should be held to account.
Have you considered a rocket stove? They burn wood so well that you can't see the smoke once they've warmed up, which only takes a very few minutes, and they're very efficient.
There are tons of videos on how to make them and some of them are very innovative.
Some are as simple as a few concrete blocks, and others can be very elaborate and form part of what's called a Russian Stove. Those work by circulating the combustion gasses through ducts to absorb the most heat from them before the gasses leave the house. Then the thermal mass irradiates that heat into the house for hours.
The spectrum of rocket stoves is wide. You might want to take a look at them on Youtube, etc.
Coppiccing also make a home for wildlife - very eco.
I am buying solar panels - and try to invent my own heating system.
This Kelly Kettle is a great choice and not too spendy.

I’ve had one for years and love it.
That depends on how they're made.
In general, rocket stoves are very efficient so your firewood should last longer.
The best way to take advantage of the way they work is by passing the flue through some sort of thermal mass that will absorb the heat on the way out and then irradiate it into the room over time. Check out a few videos using "rocket stove" as a search term to get familiarized with them, and then maybe look for some videos about "Russian Stoves".
In between those search terms there are a whole lot of other variations and you might find one that suits your situation the best.
Another name for "Russian Stove" is also "Masonry Heater".
Here's a short, clear explanation of how and why they work, and also why they're so efficient.

They are also null, void and without effect.
Stop complying with tyranny.
If shtf i certainly would not want to have neighbors like this, so you may be getting a warning to move...
For safety reasons.
