FYI Butter and the the soluble vitamins in it are good for the body Hal.
It sounds like you might need a remedial nutrition class.

Have you considered that everyone is vitamin C deficient, and that smoking makes it much worse? Smokers in particular should be supplementing a lot of C. At least 12 grams a day. Check out the work of Dr Andrew Saul and his "vitamin master class"

Glad your back Hal. These last 2 weeks were pretty stuffed with Trials for many I have noticed, and our tractor with a new motor died, well pumps failed, cistern pumps failed, etc. Also, 3 people passed away this week that are my daughters friends. We give all these things to God, and ask Him to use them for His purposes, aligned with His passion. You can never go wrong if you turn to Him, if nothing else in this sometimes crazy life, I have learned that. Glad your ok.
