Many have been asking "What is happening in Kherson and why is Russia pulling out?" It's complicated. One thing is now certain: Americans have entered Kherson.
This is no longer Ukraine versus Russia. This now appears to be Russia VS NATO…Ukraine is just the battlefield.
The video below comes from inside Kherson. Note the flag on the backpack first aid kit and note the language being spoken:
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, they have had to bring their troops back to across the Dnieper River for several reasons:
1) Bridges are mostly out on the Kherson City side of the river which makes it logistically very hard to bring ammunition and supplies to those troops, AND;
2) American HIMARS Rockets have been so horrifically precise, the Russian Army cannot set up Ammunition Dumps because HIMARS takes them out.
So they cannot bring large amounts of ammo (just yet) and they cannot store large amounts of ammo (for now) and that makes their forces incredibly vulnerable.
Therefore, the Russians say they took their troops out of one side of Kherson, had them cross the river to the other side, where the logistics problems will not exist and will not endanger the lives of Russian forces.
Kherson city is now Russia. Russia will not give up that territory permanently, they say. But a strategic fallback was necessary.
Now, as seen in the video above, we see Americans in Kherson.
If Russia can show that American soldiers have invaded Russia territory, that makes American territory subject to Russian attack. It's that simple.

After the Ministry of Defense (MoD) announced Russian forces had completed their redeployment to the left bank of the River Dnieper in the Kherson Region on Friday morning, this report notes, Ukrainian forces moved into the city of Kherson devoid of people, without heat, water, electricity or cellphone service, with Russian artillery digging in just miles away—over the past 24-hours, the MoD reports Russian military forces have obliterated every other Ukrainian attempted advance all along the front lines—though Russian forces have redeployed from Kherson, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reminded the socialist Western colonial powers: “The Kherson Region remains part of the Russian Federation, and this status is legally fixed and defined, and there can be no changes to this status”—and was a factual reminder quickly joined by Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warning: “Russia alone is fighting NATO and the Western world...We are capable of destroying a mighty enemy or alliances of enemies by ourselves...Russia has not yet used its full arsenal of weapons and has not struck all potential enemy targets...There is time for everything...It is Russia who today is forming the future world order, and this new equitable world order will be formed”.
Question: Why is the area redeployed to called the "Left Bank" of the Dnieper? Didn't they redeploy Eastward or to the right side of the river, towards Russia?
HOWEVER!!!! I have heard though backdoor channels That a deal has already been made for the Russians to take everything east of the Dnipro river, which makes a lot of sense, remember the Russians wanted everyone who is Russian on the east side of the river, Russians take 1/3 of the country, Ukraine looks like a bad ass by the west, everyone is happy.
If it goes from here to war it is not going to be pretty with another NATO deal broken.

Is it too much to ask for more proof before believing? I wouldn't go so far as to call it propaganda but I do think news, on ALL outlets, is reported to fit their individual outlooks/agendas.

Simple....they don't control the skies. They never achieved air superiority.....and the odds they ever will are decreasing as more and increasingly sophisticated NATO air defense systems are supplied to Ukraine. Of course.....Ukraine doesn't have air superiority either. Achieving that was not Warsaw pact doctrine. They were all about trying to prevent NATO air superiority through massed anti-aircraft systems.

There are both US troops and US volunteers in Ukraine. But you'd expect the troops to have correct uniforms.
