? By what means has she come to this conclusion and what tests are being used to determine such ,as the PCR test has finally been discredited even by the FDA?

You cannot dismiss Boris this lightly. He is a man of letters with a distinguished CV who is just painted as a bumbler by the left wing media. He really tries to make the best of this bad fix Britain is in and tries to bring literacy and English traditions back as exemplified by by dusting off an old Kipling poem in Myanmar and being critical of World Cup being held in Russia. In September 2017, BOJO was criticized for reciting lines from Rudyard Kipling's poem Mandalay while visiting a Myanmar temple; the British (left wing) ambassador, who was with him, suggested it was "not appropriate" (I think the ambassador was an unlettered idiot). Johnson compared Vladimir Putin's hosting of the World Cup in Russia to Adolf Hitler's hosting of the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936.
