Hi folks, Mike Turner here. My dad, Hal, was admitted to the hospital earlier today following a Cardiac Catheterization and Angioplasty procedure. Over the past several weeks, he was having pains similar to those he experienced while he was having his heart attacks a couple of years ago, so he scheduled an appointment for today to get checked-out. The procedure went well and he's fine, but they did find a blockage of about 60% or more in his left anterior descending artery. A stent was inserted into that artery to hold it open, and a balloon was inserted and inflated to help open-up some of his other arteries. All in all he's well, but the doctors want to keep him overnight for observation. As such, he will not be doing a live show tonight. He's asked me to write this note and to run a repeat of last Friday's show (1/20/2023).
We expect that Hal will be back on the air tomorrow night.

I just got off the phone with Hal in the hospital he’s being kept overnight and he wanted me to thank all of you for praying for him as his exact words were I felt I was all alone and I was going to die alone and then he received the prayer request sent to all of you Q files subscribers asking you to pray for Hal and he said he got such encouragement that God really did know where he was at that even though his wife and son were not by his side he was absolutely encouraged to know so many people were praying for him and believing for him! He’s due to be released from the hospital late morning tomorrow. How wonderful is God‘s amazing grace and his individual care love and concern for each of his children. Steve

My understanding of this particular case is acknowledging the relationship between Steve Q & Hal plus the relationship each has with their Creator. Well said. Up until approximately WWII, European nations looted the resource-rich areas of the world by conquest and colonization. Then WWII devastated much of Europe and they became weak. Along comes the U.S. to apply our vast industrial might to rebuild Europe, but at the cost of making the U.S. Dollar the world reserve currency for stability's sake. Because we overplayed our reserve currency advantage after WWII and basically coerced other countries into holding our Dollars to facilitate trade, we transitioned into lulling other nations to accept those "desirable" Dollars for products they could export to us. This allowed us to print all the Dollars we needed to import all types of goods which could remain cheap in the U.S., because we could "export our inflation". This is just an euphemism for LOOTING other countries by non-conquest means. Now that game is over, we either find some other resource-rich area to pillage in the old-fashioned way, or the Dollar collapses. Our inflation remains here, and the previously "exported" Dollars return, all to flood our country with nearly-worthless paper.
The U.S. and Europe may try to re-start the fiat currency game with digital currencies, but that would require pure bullying of everyone who lost everything in the Dollar and Euro collapse. They would have to hand all the claims on property to the issuers of the digital currency. It will come down to: who controls the individually-owned physical resources and physical capital of the world ? If the individual owners say, NO !, then any digital currency will flop.
