Here We Go: Hezbollah Leader Orders "Operations" To Begin Against US Military

Hassan Nasrallah, the current Secretary General of the Lebanese political and paramilitary party Hezbollah has publicly declared today to be the commencing of operations against the US military, to drive them from the Middle East. Rocket attacks are already commencing!

His predecessor, Abbas al-Musawi, was assassinated by the Israel Defense Forces in February 1992.  Under Nasrallah's tenure, Hezbollah has been designated a terrorist organization, either wholly or in part, by the United States and other nations, as well as by the European Union.

Stating bluntly that the "Iranian strike on U.S. base in Iraq 'not the end'" Nasrallah today made clear “In coming days and weeks, US must leave this region. This is an absolute decision in the Resistance Axis. It is a matter of time that we won't give up on. We won't forget this great crime, (The U.S.  killing if Iranian General Qassem Soleimani) not in the coming weeks, months or years. We are talking about a new era.”

Bolstering his intent to do deadly harm, Nasrallah went on to say if US forces don’t leave region in coming weeks, they will leave “dead in coffins” “This is an absolute decision of the Resistance Axis."

Attacks against US Military will apparently not be limited to Iraq.  Nasrallah continued by saying "THE WORLD will become very unsafe for (Israelis and Americans)."

"I believe it is time for the resistance to begin its response.

It is time for the US to pack up its army and leave our region.

I say again, the only alternative to leaving vertically is leaving horizontally."

For its part, the United States made clear "The U.S. does not expect any more retaliation from Iran for the strike that killed its top general" according to Defense Secretary Mark Esper.

Intelligence analysts tell the Hal Turner Show they believe "Iran will give them all the guns and bombs needed" to attack US forces.

But Nasrallah also indicated American civilians are "not to be touched."  He said "“I want to be very clear, we don’t mean the American people. All across the region there are American citizens-- traders, journalists, engineers, and doctors. They cannot be touched… any harm to U.S. civilians will only serve Trump’s agenda.”

Unlike others who make boisterous comments in the Middle East, Nesrallah has an actual track record of engaging - and defeating - actual military forces.

Nasrallah's forces defeated Israel at the Battle of Bint Jbeil in 2006. 5,000 elite Israeli soldiers with air cover were defeated by 100 Hezbollah fighters.

Brigadier-General Gal Hirsch announced on July 25 that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had "complete control" of Bint Jbeil, this statement was later discredited.

In spite of three sustained attempts by the IDF to conquer the town, it remained in the hands of Hezbollah until the end of the war.

Shortly after Nasrallah made his public remarks 5 Katyusha rockets hit Balad Air Base in Iraq, north of Baghdad.   That base no longer houses any US or foreign troops.  Only Iraqi forces were injured in today's rocket attack.
