Rolling blackouts have begun in Kosovo because the country cannot find enough supply of natural gas to keep power plants running at full capacity.
Other European countries, from the UK to Bulgaria, are also developing plans to cut off electricity.
The reason: These countries imposed economic sanctions upon Russia over its Special Military Operation into Ukraine, and as a result of their own Sanctions, these countries now refuse to buy Russian oil and natural gas.
Rather than mind their own business when it comes to the Russia-Ukraine problems, Europe has decided that its citizens can live in the dark, so Europe can virtue signal how wonderful they are, by not buying Russian natural gas.
The politicians in Europe have personally caused this energy problem and the price hikes, by imposing sanctions upon Russia.
Citizens in Europe should get rid of these politicians before Winter arrives, and folks start freezing to death from no heat due to no natural gas.

Or they could just start paying for their oil & gas in Rubles and have a nice, warm Christmas.
It will be interesting to see.
This is the name of the game now. Relentless depop agenda in full swing until we're all dead.
The More things Change the More they Stay the Same!!!.............................
War.
You really like Hal's name, don't you?
Seven times in one short sentence. Wow.
Not really. I actually couldn't care less. It just seemed weird.
Get a clue.
War is like in Iraq, where millions of men, women & children were carpet bombed into oblivion because they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Russia has been making it a point to not strike directly at civilians as much as possible unless there was no other choice. They still have power, they still have water, and most of them haven't seen the effects of the military action up close & personal. Otherwise, there would not be a Ukraine left at this time. That is called a Special Military Operation.
And yes, some civilians have died and will die unfortunately due to Russian, but especially ukrainian actions; they're not throwing cotton candy at each other you know.
In sum total between both Iraq wars, 1.5 million civilians died as a result of those conflicts. Those are the ones that didn't have time to develop cancer due to the depleted uranium munitions that the A-10s use.
And if that's the sort of foul-mouthed tirade that you dish out to anyone that disagrees with you, only a fool would sign up for your "prepper school".
The Iraqi ministry of health was put in place by the U.S. What would you expect them to say?
Quoting Ultimate Prepper:
How the hell could you know that? That's a ridiculous statement.
Quoting Ultimate Prepper:
This comment just proves my point. Only a fool would join your "prepper school". And by the way, it's only "anti-American" in your mind. Obviously many on this comment section agreed with my comment.
Trash.
Next.
No, it is a war, which Ukraine started. Russia will finish it.
It is sad the U.S. allowed Ukraine to get away with this.
As for resources, almost all wars are resource wars! Always have been!
The people will demand war to get back their excessive lifestyle.
I'm glad someone pointed that out.
At this moment the Serbian army has totally surrounded that fake "state" and is poised to enter any day now to end that abomination that is only used for ubercriminal activities such as the child sex trade and opium trade, among others.
Get some crazy, choke on life deals.
This is sad and heart wrenching all because these electwd creeps feel they are above the law and want others lives miserable as their own.
All this for a 1 world government. I am glad that my parents are not alive for this, because if they was, it would be bad. My parents are off da hook witjout a dial tone, this ever happened here. It would be a severe problem.
Totally wrong. The Russia-Ukraine problems have been created by Zionist America (fueled by American taxpayers) who obliged Europe, with a gun on the temple, to sanction Russia. Europe as well as America, since the end of WWII, is under full control of Zionism and only Russia with its Sarmat II missiles and Poseidon torpedoes, can save mankind civilization that Zionism want to destroy. Unfortunately there is no other way and all those who don't understand it or pretend not to understand it, will have what they deserve.
So is the solution to kill off all the Jews before they can start another world war? Would you support that?
Vercinge Never said "Jew". He said ZIONIST. There's a difference.
between the children of Abraham
and the Soros,, Rothschild ilk.
These governments knew exactly what they were doing. They are beholden to the WEF/zionist plan for the destruction of Europe and Europeans.
They are traitors to their own people.
The only solution to save themselves in time is to start paying for Russian gas and oil in Rubles, as long as the reopening of the flow is not contingent on unacceptable conditions that the Russians might have in mind.
Since you are the man constantly encouraging us to do something about stuff, what do you think about those of us with some land of any size digging dug-out shelters? They use the thermal properties of the earth to stay warm in winter and cool in summer. We likely still need to have woodstoves inside, but it would not take much firewood to keep the place warm down in the ground.
An excellent idea Paul. Also look up "Russian Stove" on the internet. They're one of the best ways to heat a house whether it's buried or not because they use less wood and they take advantage of much more of the heat that the fire generates.
There are companies in Germany that specialize in building these. I'm sure that you've seen more than one of these stoves. They're also called "Austrian Stoves" and there must be other names for them.

The name in German is Kachelofen.
There's this description from this http://www.biofireinc.com/ website:
"Kachelofen is german for masonry heater.
Traditionally the Kachelofen was made of firebrick and tile. A Kachelofen uses engineered maze-like passages to retain the heat from the fire and flue gases and stores it to be given off slowly, allowing the masonry to retain as much of the heat from the fire as possible."
This company is not in Germany, but you can look at their designs, which are very elegant, IMO.
I took a look at them and they're very nice, but these masonry stoves are somewhat different. They take advantage of their thermal mass to absorb most of the heat in the flue so that it can be irradiated back into the room.
Interestingly enough, in my block of flats, each room once had such a stove to heat the entire building. Of course, the house is now 200 years old and the old Kachelofen have been removed once central heating was installed after the Wall came down and the house was refurbished.
Perhaps this winter, we will live to regret it.

Yes, thank you. There are now many modern designs that provide earth cover while still having windows to the exterior, or to an interior courtyard, but since we are already in late August, I doubt if you would have time to have one built unless you find a manufacturer of prefabricated designs who could put one in the ground for you in 6 to 8 weeks maximum, because by then the cold will start to set in and with the ground having been exposed due to the construction, it will not provide nearly as much protection as if it had been warming all summer long.
At this late time I would focus on other possibilities, such as the stoves, or on adding extra insulation to your house, or quite frankly, moving to southern Europe for several months if your job allows for that.
If a section of your house faces south and your construction code permits it, I would also suggest looking into "Solar Air Heaters". They're becoming popular in Canada. They're not pretty, but if your main goal is to survive, a little ugliness might be bearable for 5 or 6 months.
