A forty mile long convoy of Russian Army troops and armor has been sitting on roads north of Kiev Ukraine for almost a week - out in the open.  No one has touched it, proving Ukraine is almost helpless.  Video below shows that today, tanks are moving to the front of that convoy.

Russia has been patient to allow civilians to leave Kiev but it is now very clear Kiev's days are numbered.
