The video below shows Toronto, Ontario, Canada Police placing piles of ROCKS in the street, where Black Lives Matter and ANTIFA were scheduled to Protest/Riot . . . so the rioters would use the rocks to smash businesses!

This is the type of subversion that exists in government agencies; doing things to directly support rioters and help those rioters do damage to private property!
