13,706 Employees at the disgraced US Agency for International Development, have been laid-off in a "Reduction of Force (RiF'd)" action by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Secretary Rubio determined that out of almost fourteen thousand current employees, only 294 employees are actually necessary to operate that agency.

They should have taken the "Buyout" offered!
