"Alien Enemies Act" UPHELD by Federal Judge; Deportation of Gang Members "OK"

Federal Judge Stephanie Haines of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, has UPHELD President Donald Trump's use of the "Alien Enemies Act" to deport illegal alien gang members.

Ruling that the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal gang members is lawful, the Deportations can continue.
