California Appeals Court: Public Health Orders Closing Churches UNCONSTITUIONAL

The California Court of Appeals has fully reversed COVID-19 Public Health Orders which told Churches they must close, or adopt social distancing for prayer/worship, saying such orders are "facially unconstitutional."

Moreover, the court fully ANNULLED the Contempt of Court Sanctions (fines) levied upon one such church, as the Orders for which the church was found in Contempt, were facially void.
