At around 6:05 PM. Pacific Time, KCBS Radio, a prominent San Francisco Bay Area radio station, reportedly live-broadcast the vehicle descriptions of three alleged federal undercover Immigration Enforcement vehicles in east San Jose, an area with violent Latino migrant gang activity.
Many people are now saying they believe the information put the law enforcement officers at serious risk while an operation was ongoing targeting violent, criminal, foreign nationals.
No comment from KCBS so far. No comment, yet, from the Federal Communications Commission, which can suspend the station's broadcast license.
