Court of Appeals Sides with Trump; LIFTS Court Order Blocking deployment of National Guard Troops to Oregon

The most liberal court in the nation, the 9th US. Circuit Court of Appeals has sided with President Donald Trump about deploying troops to Portland, Oregon.  The court rules the President, and he ALONE, decides when to use troops.

Hal Turner Editorial Opinion

This is big.

The 9th Circuit is notoriously liberal, and their holding is what I hoped to see: that the President can federalize the National Guard/use military troops, when he (in his sole discretion) determines that the government is "unable with the regular forces to execute the laws of the United States."

If that is not exactly what is happening with the ICE enforcement, I don't know what is.

I cannot wait for all these liberal politicians who have been saying "it's unconstitutional" to have the Supreme Court once and all tell them that it is, in fact, constitutional.

This is a big win for the administration.
