A now declassified FBI Report reveals that then-Congressman (now U.S. Senator) Adam Schiff (D-CA) conspired with Staff - and possibly other members of Congress on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence -- to intentionally "leak" Classified material in an effort to cause the Indictment of President Donald Trump.
Below is the de-classified FBI Report, outlining what was done. To many people, this seems like a Criminal Conspiracy and probable violation of the Espionage Act:

In short, it appears that members of Congress and their staffs, criminally conspired to leak CLASSIFIED information, for political sabotage of a sitting President of the United States.
It also appears that, at the time, the United States Department of Justice was so utterly corrupt, they told a Whistleblower that such conduct would not be criminally prosecuted because it was covered by the Speech and Debate Clause of the US Constitution.
Even a grade school child know that the Speech and Debate Clause covers speeches and debates on the Floor of either the House or the Senate, and does not, in any manner, cover criminal conspiracy to leak classified information.
Many people in the general public feel the individual(s) who made that decision to NOT prosecute, need to be fired immediately for incompetence and/or corruption.
Those people in the general public also feel that Adam Schiff and possibly other members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence need to be arrested, charged, Indicted, and put on criminal trial.
