So far this morning, there have been EIGHT small earthquakes beneath Yellowstone Lake, inside Yellowstone National Park. The lake is the center of a Caldera for the largest Super-Volcano on earth.
None of these small earthquakes is very significant at all. That there have been so many, in such a short time frame, is, however, concerning.
There is presently NO INDICATION AT ALL of an eruption, but folks may want to keep an eye for a day to two to see if this rumbling calms down . . . or gets worse.
