Federal Criminal Indictment Against Trump: DISMISSED

This morning, Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a Motion with the United States District Court to DISMISS the Indictment against President Donald Trump. This evening, Judge Tanya Chutkan DISMISSED the case.

Special Counsel Jack Smith is also Moving for the Eleventh US Circuit Court of Appeals to DISMISS his ongoing appeal of the earlier Dismissal of Trump's Classified Documents case in Florida.
