Fever of 102.6°F - Slept 16 Hours!

Wow was I sick yesterday.  I was a mess.  I tried to function but it wasn't to be.

Thank God for my son; he put up all the Christmas decorations in the house here in PA.

We only arrived up here Friday because I have been sick the whole week, and the house needed to be decked out for Christmas, but I was useless.

Yesterday afternoon, my fever hit 101.6 and it was like someone threw a switch; off to bed I had to go around 6:00-6:30 last night.

I didn't get out of bed until 10:30 THIS MORNING.  16 hours I slept!

Around 11:00 last night, my wife and son took my temperature, it had reached 102.6° F and the coughing was absolutely brutal.  I was a mess.

When I got up this morning, I was drenched in sweat but as I type this, my temp is still 99.3, so I'm not out of the woods yet.

So if I'm lucky, I've gotten through the worst part of this . . .  if I'm lucky.

From my family to yours, Merry Christmas
