As reported last last night, heavy rain has arrived in the New York City / northeastern New Jersey area and the National Weather Service is now using the Emergency Broadcast System to war FLASH FLOODING is now taking place.
Late last night, forecasters began almost panicking that computer models showed 9.9" to 14" of rain possible in the area Friday into Saturday. (Story HERE) He we are, about twelve hours later, the warnings are now screeching that Flash Flooding is actually taking place.

Videos are emerging fast and furious, of major flooding in New York City. New York's Governor has declared a State of Emergency across New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley due to the extreme rainfall and flooding.
