Flight(s) Into DC Re-Routed: Unauthorized Drone Activity over White House - 1 Week to Inauguration

Flight(s) Into DC Re-Routed: Unauthorized Drone Activity over White House - 1 Week to Inauguration

“Unauthorized drone activity” over the White House caused aircraft to be re-routed before landing at National Airport in Washington, DC this afternoon.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green reported "I just flew into DCA. Before landing, our pilot announced he had to fly in from another direction due to “unauthorized drone activity” over the White House.

This stunning revelation comes with only one week remaining until Inauguration Day, where Donald Trump will re-enter the White House as our President.

How is it that a Drone can be in the air "over the White House" at all, never mind a week out from an Inauguration?

Where is Homeland Security?  Where is the Secret Service.

It seems to many people that such aircraft need to be put down. Period. Full stop.

Why is that not taking place?
