Michael Burry, the man around whom the movie "The Big Short" was made about the 2008 Great Financial Crisis, has liquidated his portfolio and loaded up on put options.
I am not a licensed financial professional and have absolutely ZERO skill or education in matters financial. I do not own or trade stock or bonds or any other financial items and have no experience whatsoever in such things. I cannot give financial advice and AM NOT doing so. You should consult with a licensed financial expert before making any financial or investment decisions.
Having said all that, this guy Michael Burry. was the ONE person in the whole world, who looked at what was actually making up the Mortgage-Backed-Securities, and it was HIM (and him alone) who realized they were going bad so fast, it would take out the banks.
So back around 2007-2008, he bought Credit Default Swaps against those Mortgage-Backed-Securities and made profit for his investors of about 489% when the banks collapsed.
When a guy like this, does what he has just revealed doing, it ought to get the attention of rational people everywhere.
Apparently, another "something wicked" this way comes.
