The Atlantic Hurricane Season hasn't amounted to . . . anything . . . so far this year. Yet the National Hurricane Center is putting us on Alert for Tropical Storm "Fiona." It will strike Puerto Rico tomorrow, and then . . .
They're really not sure . . . . What they do seem certain of, however, is that she will increase to Hurricane Strength.
Could turn hard north and stay well out in the Atlantic. It could also head into the U.S. east coast.
