NexRAD Weather Radar Outage - Nationwide

NexRAD Weather Radar Outage - Nationwide

As of about 3:00 AM Monday morning, approximately half -- or almost all --of National Weather Service weather radars are experiencing a widespread outage, severely impacting the availability of critical weather data.

This outage is affecting multiple National Weather Service stations across the USA.

Despite the disruption, there is some relief as no significant severe weather is ongoing at the moment. However, the outage underscores the importance of reliable weather radar systems.

Crews at the National Weather Service are actively investigating this widespread network outage, working to restore services
